The Olive Tree Provence

With the finest production of France, Vaucluse, the Provençal Drôme, and the Alpilles can be considered among the best representatives of the manufacture of the olive oil. The specific varieties of the region, make these oils a real fruits juice, in the transparencies soft green, in the autumnal aromas (the good season to pick olives is situated between November and December, after a period of frost), with a rather light "nose", a good balance and a remarkable unctuousness.
